COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE:

These terms apply when commissioning me or interacting with my commission work ...

• When you commission me you by default agree to all of these terms and the additional terms below the commission rates

• I will not create NSFW art or kink content. I will tune NSFW songs, but not if you want me to use child voicebanks!

• I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason. If you support hate speech, homophobia, racism, non con, incest, bullying, pedophilia, etc. I will turn down your commission regardless of the content being requested.

• You also may not use my work to promote or associate my work with hate speech, homophobia, racism, non con, pedophilia, etc.

• Wait for your turn! Please don't try to get me to finish your commission before the others.

• You're not required to be formal with me, but please don't be disrespectful.

• All payment is accepted through PayPal.

• You will pay 50% of the cost upfront and the other 50% before I send the finished product.

• When you commission me you agree to the pricing listed on my website. Even if you didn't know about additional costs, it's your responsibility and I expect you to pay. You have the right to cancel your commission because of that, but I will keep your initial 50% payment.

• Once you send me your money, unless there are technical difficulties on my end, there will never be refunds. If you cancel the commission then I will not require the second half of the payment, but will keep the initial 50%.

• There are no more free revisions after you approve the draft I send you. There will be an additional fee.

• When using my work you are required to credit me.

• Do not remove my watermarks without my consent.

• I am allowed to use this work in my portfolio or post/share it anywhere I like. If the commission is a surprise please let me know so I post it afterwards.

• Only the commissioner has the right to use the work they commissioned. If you repost, use, or edit the work you are in direct violation of my TOS. If it's a voice synth file you are not allowed to use it unless given permission by the commissioner. I am also not allowed to share unwatermarked artworks or private voice synth files without the commissioners permission.

• If you commission my work you do not have the right to use it for profit. It's strictly for personal use. You cannot make merchandise from it. It's 100% fine to use it for an original song that you are selling, but you must credit me.

• If it's required that I sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) I am willing to do so. If you want me to keep your commission private between myself and the commissioner please tell me. If I have not agreed to privacy or an NDA, I have the right to talk about the project, publicly or privately.

• You may not mint/sell my work for NFT or any Cryptocurrency.

• GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE:
